We are at advanced stages of planning for a PRS refurbishment Scheme for 122 apartment units for our site located off Monastery Road in Clondalkin which has 70,000 sq.ft of existing office buildings.
The site is in close proximity to Liffey Valley Shopping Center, the M50 and all the West Dublin link roads and would have strong demand from renters as a result.
