A busy start to the year for the McGrath Group has seen us recently break ground at our Coill an Easpaig (BishopsWood) development in Portarlington, Co. Laois. Coill an Easpaig will provide 97 high quality homes to the market, where future residents will have the benefit of being located within minutes of the M7 motorway, and having a major crossings train station on their doorstep which carries passengers to Dublin, Cork, Galway & Limerick.
We have also recently completed the sale of 93 apartments to Co-operative Housing Ireland in our landmark Palmers Gate development.
Construction at 348 Harold’s Cross Road is progressing at pace for 50 apartments at this prime location, which benefits from proximity to the city centre and the surrounding amenities of Harold’s Cross.
Rathvoy Park in Naas has now reached completion and is fully occupied. We look forward to opening our second creche in the development later this year. The development also recently received recognition from the Irish Planning Institute as an exemplar scheme for compact housing developments.
In the UK, having completed phase 1 of our mixed-use scheme in Beckenham, we are now commencing phase 2.
