McGrath Group’s Halliday Mills project in Dundalk won Judges Silver Awards in the Irish Construction Excellence Awards 2022.
The project by our construction arm, Randalswood Construction, breathed new life into what had been a dilapidated and vandalised building, transforming it into a highly efficient, high-quality development at the heart of the community. The social and affordable housing project brought 85 new one, two and three bedroom apartments into occupation.
The site won in the “Residential – Social & Affordable Housing Over €10m” category of the ICE Awards, making it one of the top such projects in Ireland over the past year.
