We are at advanced Planning Stages for a proposed PRS scheme of circa 101 one, two and three bedroom apartment units, the development will also include a host of residential amenities including a café, cinema room, gym and concierge.
The site is located on Prussia Street Dublin 7, which adjoins the new €350m Grangegorman College facility.
The proposed start date for this scheme in 2024.
