Steady progress has been made throughout the year across our various sites.
Coill an Easpaig in Portarlington, Co. Laois is making great strides, and our construction team now have 8 units ready to start first fix joinery. Constructed using modern methods of construction, Coill an Easpaig will provide 97 energy efficient homes to Portarlington. We expect the first homes to be available for sale in early 2025 and buyers will be able to avail of the Help to Buy & First Home Scheme incentives. Our sales agent DNG Kelly will be starting to take registrations for the scheme shortly.
Enabling works have also commenced at The Grange in Maynooth which we acquired in May. This development will see 105 high quality homes brought to the market in the established commuter town. The newly designed homes by C+W O’Brien Architects have been thoughtfully crafted to meet the needs of modern families. With spacious living areas and sleek, contemporary designs, these 105 homes offer a perfect balance of style and comfort. The development features 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units, nestled within a beautifully landscaped community that includes convenient amenities, like a creche, ensuring a perfect setting for family life.
348 Harolds Cross Road is on course to reach completion in 2025. This eye-catching development will continue the McGrath Groups track record of providing high quality apartments in exceptional locations.
In the UK, our team has continued to progress the first phase of our development in Beckenham and it is expected that phase 1 will house new residents by the end of the year.
Our second creche is due to open shortly in Rathvoy Park, Naas while our planning team is continuing to work on lodging a number of planning applications on various sites.
